Ethiopia Emergency Relief: SIM Ethiopia has been raising funds to distribute supplies to over 7,000 people in the Afar and Langano regions who are in need of emergency assistance. The original estimate was that we would need to raise a total of over $210,000, of which $150,000 has already been raised. God has been blessing our prayers and these requests. SIM Ethiopia focuses on helping people both see and hear the good news of Jesus Christ through practical ministries which meet human need and through living out and teaching God’s truths. We also focus on seeing believers become spiritually growing people formed into local churches which are equipped to shepherd their members and have a vision to reach others cross-culturally.
